Bellevue was festival center

In 2009, the Zurich Film Festival has centered its activities around the city's most beautiful and historic area – Bellevue Square.

The area is situated in the old part of Zurich, near the main shopping area, the lake of Zurich and the river Limmat – surrounded by the famous opera house, the theater, the station, Zurich's best restaurants, its most traditional bars and the "Sechseläutenwiese".
